My second question for today: if we take only one bedtime dose (NDT), at what time should thyroid labs be done? Would 11 a.m. work for a dose taken at 11 p.m.? (I know this has been asked but I can't seem to find the answers...) Thank you!

That would be fine, you are measuring your blood half-way between doses and so will get a good average. Your TSH will be a little lower than if the blood is taken earlier but will be a good average between its highest and lowest levels. If you were trying to persuade a doctor to give you more hormone you might have the blood taken earlier.
I notice from an earlier post you are thinking of having a baby. Bear in mind that time of the cycle has more effect on TSH than anything else ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl... . Thus, you might want to make rough adjustments to your TSH results based on the timing of your blood tests.
I'd try for earlier in the morning. 9am would be fine - 10 hours
