Mine is the same. Are all kinds of solutions, adaptogens roots(licorice, ashwagandha, etc) or glandular adrenal (from Thorne research, etc).
Be careful with adaptogens. They're just as likely to reduce your cortisol as raise it.
Your morning cortisol isn't that bad, so shouldn't be too hard to raise.
* Make sure you always go to bed and get up at the same time, every day.
* On rising, have a high protein breakfast - eggs or something.
* Make sure you have plenty of B vitamins - but test vit B12 and folate before supplementing.
* Take large doses of vit C spread out through the day.
* Make sure you get plenty of salt in your diet, or try the Adrenal Cocktail. healthunlocked.com/thyroidu....
* And, of course, get as much rest as you can, and avoid stress if at all possible.

On another note- I have pressure in my neck and tiredness in my neck of that makes sense! What is that do you know?!
