Looks like your T3 is much too low and with T4 on the high end it seems like you may not be converting well. There's room for your TSH to come down a bit. As many of us feel well at 1 or slightly under. D seems a but on the low end as well.
I've been trying to tell the Endocrinologist but they dont listen. Saying my hands and body are always cold temperatures is always low. So fed up. Cant function properly.
Vitamin D is too low, but not low enough for GP to prescribe
GP will only prescribe to bring vitamin D up to 50nmol. Aiming to improve vitamin D by self supplementing to at least 80nmol and around 100nmol may be better .
Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.
Retesting twice yearly via vitamindtest.org.uk
Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is good as avoids poor gut function. Suggest you get 1000iu spray and retest in 2-3 months
It's trial and error what dose each person needs
For T3 to work you need good levels of vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Ask endocrinologist to test these
Come back with new post once you get results and ranges
B12 at least over 500
Folate at least over 10
Ferritin half way in range
Have you had thyroid antibodies tested?
