Exactly the opposite. When I take enough Cytomel (to get my Free T3 into upper part of range) I (finally!) start to lose weight again.

I would agree with vocalEK

Only today I was telling someone how for at least the last two years (while my levels have been off), I could not, and I really mean could not stop picking at sweet stuff. And if there w@s no sweet stuff then easy carbs. I had no willpower whatsoever and I’ve already been quite good like that.

Low and behold i get T3 added to my levo and I have no cravings at all. Hence I’ve lost 6lbs in three weeks after trying to lose weight for the last 18 months.

Obvs my body was crying out for easy energy.
