When to take meds/supplements

Asking for a friend..............He is taking NDT, 2 x supplements (Mag Cal ZN and D3) and more recently starting on additional T3. I have seen advice from Admins over the months about when to take them throughout the day, time gaps etc, but I just cannot find them through "search". Can anyone offer advice, and reasons?

I always say treat NDT the same as Levo because it contains T4, but I do the same with T3 as well myself. So leave 2 hours gap between NDT and any supplements and other medication, but some need 4 hours.

This needing 4 hours are

D3

Magnesium

Calcium

Iron

So out of your list the only one that can really be taken 2 hours away from NDT is the zinc, everything else is 4 hours.
