For security reasons, you perhaps should delete the photo and edit it to cut off the top portion as it seems to have your real name showing, then re-insert it in your post.

What exactly is your doctor telling you to stop taking, are you still taking a combination of Levo and T3? Those results look like someone who takes either a combination or T3 alone.
Yeah I take 50 thyroxine and a t3 which my doctor doesn’t know about and I feel good just now but now my doctor has told me to stop taking the thyroxine. Should I stop the t3 too ?
It looks like you have typically skewed your results by taking T3; and since your Dr believes you to be taking only T4 he is interpreting and reacting to your results accordingly. If you want him to continue to test your hormone levels and prescribe T4, you probably need to come clean about your T3 meds. How much T3 are you taking to achieve those extremes of T4 to T3 results?
One 50mg thyroxine and one t3 for about a year now and I feel a lot better than I did with being on just t4 . My doctor is just a blood never tells you the results and tell you to take more or take less never asks about symptoms. So I went and got my bloods done with blue horizon. I am terrified to stop incase I feel bad again with the fatigue, brain fog and the muscle pain .
I'm guessing you mean 50 mcg rather than 50 mg (that's a thousand times more), but when you say one tablet of T3, what dose is it - 25 mcg? Some people feel okay with a low in range FT4 when taking T3, others don't, and need to increase their T4; but your level is further depleted than might normally be expected and is below range, so you might want to consider increasing your Levo accordingly. I'm not sure if you are saying that your Dr said to stop taking Levo on the basis of these Blue Horizon results, but if so, presumably due to your low TSH, as it can't be because of your FT4 result, that doesn't make sense.
Yeah sorry 50 mcg thyroxine and 25 mcg of Cynomel . No it was my 6 months routine blood test at the doctors that he said my tsh was low and my thyroid was ok now to stop taking my thyroxine .
>> sigh << Another fool of a Dr then. So he thinks levothyroxine is a cure for hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's, you just need to get the TSH down, and that's it, sorted, apparently!
😂 yeah so now I don’t know what to do stop taking both and see what happens and see if the horrible symptoms come back or half what I am taking just now then test my bloods in a few months again . Any suggestions?
Well you need a different doctor, is there another at the surgery you could try? Anyone who thinks that you can stop your meds and be fine is very worrying.
When you take any form of T3 then your results are read differently so again your doctor should have realised that something didn't fit. TSH should be suppressed, FT4 can fall in its range but FT3 should be high in its range but never over. Your FT3 is very close to the top of the range so when did you take your last T3 before your results? Should be 12 hours before. At the moment it looks as though you are on too much T3
I think you need to tell your doctor that you are taking the T3. Those results maybe confusing for him, it’s difficult for anyone to interpret blood results with only half the picture! 25mcg of T3 is equivalent to 80-100mcg of T4. But also don’t stop your meds, yes all the horrible symptoms will come back, and very quickly if you stop the T3. Just be honest with your dr so he can then interpret your results accordingly,
Thank you everyone I will make an appointment today . You have all helped so much
Your free T4 is under range so why would stopping thyroxine be a good thing? Your free T3 is right at the top of the range (but not over) which suggests that you are taking NDT or T3 and should perhaps reduce T3 slightly - but not necessary unless it goes over range. If you aren't, I would ask for a retest and make sure that the test is done early in the morning, fasting, 24 hours after levo and 4 days after B vitamin or hair and nails supplements containing biotin. Your doctor sounds like an ignoramus
Run from that doctor as fast as your hypo legs can carry you. The fact he doesn’t know you are on T3 makes what he is telling you to do even more incomprehensible than if he knew! Your T4 is below range - his answer - stop taking it??? Shocking. He’s a pr*t! 🤸🏿♀️🥛
Yes, the doctor has just looked at your TSH and decided it is too low and therefore wants to reduce your dose. It isn't. Get another doc. You might want to first try telling him you are taking T3 and see how he reacts. If he still wants you to reduce your meds then go with plan A, get another doc.
I like what Angel-of-the-North said: "If WE can tell you are taking T3, then why can't he!"
