I had symptoms of hypothyroid for a few years mainly and began treatment 1 year ago after my tsh was raised enough for doctor to treat. I started on 25mcg in April 18 and this was raised gradually to 100 mcg of levothyroxine in December and since then I have had worsening of symptoms and new symptoms. My hair is falling out its so thin , my heart is racing, my moods are terrible. I am panicing, crying, not sleeping and I am so worried I just don't know what to do I'm so scared. My most recent blood results are 15/11/18 on 75mcg levo
Tsh - 1.38 (0.35-5.00)
Free t4 - 13.5 (9.0-21.0)
Then on 25/01/19 on 100mcg of levo
Tsh - 0.27 (0.35-5.00)
Free t4 - 16.7 (9.0-21.0)
Feee t3 - 4.3 (3.0-6.0)
I have had vitamins checked and all were OK but don't have copy of those results. Any help would be appreciated I don't know where to turn.

I’d try to get copies of your vit/min results, as what might be ‘ok’ for dr. Is not necessarily ok for hypothyroidism. Do you know if you were tested for thyroid antibodies ( TPO, and TgAb)...ie have autoimmune thyroiditis or Hashimoto’s characterised by fluctuationing low and high thyroid results as the antibodies intermittently attack the thyroid gland? It might explain why on 75 mcg levo you were ‘under’ medicated but on 100 mcg now you feel ‘over’. medicated, though fact the FT3 on your last blood test still is too low.

You need to obtain those results. OK doesn't necessarily mean optimal, all it means is that they're somewhere within range.
Tsh - 0.27 (0.35-5.00)
Free t4 - 16.7 (9.0-21.0)
Feee t3 - 4.3 (3.0-6.0)
When on Levo only, the aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or lower with FT4 and FT3 in the upper part of their ranges if that is where you feel well. Your FT4 is 64% through range and your FT3 is 43% through range so they're not particularly well balanced. Because optimal nutrient levels are necessary for good conversion of T4 to T3, you need to know your results to see if any need improving. Post them when you have them, with their reference ranges and units of measurement of B12 and Vit D, and further comment can be made.
