Low vitamins are usually because of being hypothyroid

So having high TSH indicates you are hypothyroid. This is most likely upsetting your stomach and very little nutrient being absorbed

Low vitamins need improving so that thyroid hormones can work

See you Doctor for prescription for vitamin D. You will need high dose vitamin D over 6-8 weeks

Very important to retest vitamin D at end of this. Likely to need a maintenance dose of vitamin D everyday to keep levels up

If you are in UK vitamin D is measured in nmol and looking to improve levels to around 80nmol as minimum

If non UK vitamin D is measured in ng/ml. Looking to improve to at least 40ng/ml

Very important to test folate, B12 and ferritin too

Hashimoto's often causes very low vitamins

Often but probably indirectly.

Vitamin D has an influence on conversion from t4 to t3 and t3 levels influence the pituitary to make +/- tsh. It has other roles as well, which could indirectly affect your thyroid.

You need pills obviously. Try to balance your fat soluble vitamins if you can: A/D/K.
