How much Levothyroxine is she currently taking?
Her previous results suggest she was under medicated and dose increased in Levothyroxine was recommended

If she is thinking of supplementing with iodine, this should ideally be done under the guidance of an experienced practioner. There are cofactors involved, monitoring, etc.
