I am currently taking erfa 60mg twice a day. I can't get hold of them any more as stocks are really low in the uk. I can get armour or possible thiroid from thyland. What are your thoughts on changing brands of not?

Presuming you have a prescription, have you tried Tollesbury Pharmacy which specialises in NDTs, and mails free of charge. Their details are here thyroiduk.org/tuk/treatment...
Ultimately, if you can't source the brand you want, you have to swap brands, or go without, so it's Hobson's Choice. I swapped between Naturethroid and ThyroidS with no problem at all, but of course we're each individual in how we react to different brands.
