Can I ask what Thyroid levels you feel best at?

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in January, I am from the UK but living in Egypt. My endocrinologist prefers to start patients on low doses but checks levels every 5 week and adjusts as he says that the levels usually stabilise around 4 weeks, I think this differs from the UK and not sure if a bad thing or not.

Anyway, these are my results after 5 weeks on 100mcg, I've not yet had my appointment with the Endo. Do you think that this is where I will be left? At 100mcg dose. I've addressed all Vitamin Deficiencies (my Vit D was 11ng/ml in January), I plan to start Gluten free soon. I still feel that I am not quite right. I can't quite put my finger on it. I also had Macrocytic Anaemia due to low B12 and not sure if while I am having this treated it means that my energy levels are low.

I still feel that I don't have as much energy as I should have. I am really eating a healthy diet at the moment, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, healthy fats and lean meats but not counting calories (I did this before diagnosis and just put weight on regardless). I am getting in over 12,000 steps a day and I do formal exercise 6 days a week. In the past, I have done the sort of exercise where you hammer it for an hour and end up dripping in sweat but taking a more measured approach. I do Pilates once a week, HIIT twice and also light cardio mixed with resistance training on the other days, no more than 45 minutes each day. My body still seems to be holding onto the weight although I have stopped gaining.

Do you think I need to have my meds increased? Interesting my FT4 was exactly the same at 75mcg, it has not moved one bit on 100mcg although ft3 has (not sure what this means)

Do you think I need to start getting sex hormones looked into? I am on the contraceptive pill and not sure if this will impact it.

Should I look into Cortisol? I feel that I am leading a relatively stress-free life at the moment, I get lots of time outdoors and making sleep a priority.

I just don't feel like me. I don't feel 'ill' as such but just not right.

If you were diagnosed in January you've only had 2 months or so of treatment. You will not feel best until your body has stably adjusted to whatever dosages make you feel OK. This may take a year or so to settle down. Exact numbers mean little; you response to therapy is the most important
