Notes on test results

Hi All, thank you for a very informative forum.

I wonder if anyone knows who puts " no further action" on test results.

I have some test results that are confusing.

I am Autoimune hypothyroidism and have Pernicious anaemia, osteoarthritis, and glaucoma.

My last tests for my B12 said there were other issues. But at the top it said "no further action".

I just wondered who puts that on if there is something wrong.

I will try and post these results on here later.

Thank you in advance.
