Hey just want to let you know my home bloodtest kit is here... so will do it first thing in the morning and send it off too.. 🤞 Hopefully the results wont be too bad...!! Maybe will figure out why am so 🥶 cold all the time tired😴 aching bones 🦴🦴Brain🧠 fog..fatigue... I can go on but don't want to bore you ..as I guess alot of you are going threw same issues or even alot worse...!!

I've never done one of these home tests myself, but it's my understanding that it's not a good idea to do the test and post it on a Friday, because it will be sitting around all weekend. The lab doesn't work on Saturday. It might be better to leave it until Monday.

Definitely do NOT do test on a Friday

Only test on Monday, Tuesday or a Wednesday
