It might, for some people. It doesn't for me.
No, not at all, for me.
Nope 🤔
Hi
I’m currently self medicating on NDT and I’m at 2 & 1/2 grains and have an under active thyroid and Hashimoto.
I know I’m not at the correct dosage yet, but taking it steady. I have got high cortisol and I’m trying to sort this out.
However, I’m not sure if you have tested your cortisol or not but often there is connection between high cortisol and insulin resistance.
I have looked into this and I’ve currently cut out sugars, I thought my diet was good until I realised I have far too much fruit and hidden sugars.
I was eating fruit late at night as well thinking I was being healthy. Apples are the worse, but, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries are the best as they have less sugar but, eat them in moderation.
Maybe look at Dr Eric Berg on You Tube.
Since cutting out sugar I feel so much better, happier, I’ve lost some weight and I no longer feel like I have an energy dip.
Best wishes

I feel awful after taking sugar in large amounts.
I experience eye dryness, skin dryness, decreased bowel movements and bloating and even brain fog for several days after eating sweets. Can't realize if they're related to sugar or not.
