Help needed to get rid of fat immobile knees. It seems like mucin around the joints.

I am currently on 2 + 3/4 grains of Armour (self financed). I feel well in myself but wake up with painful fat knees. Do I need to increase my dose to deal with this problem. Anyone had this and found a cure?
