White blood cells work to keep us healthy but many Hashi sufferers have either high or low blood serum results, depending on the amount of their thyroid antibodies.
Previous testings show your thyroid antibodies to be negative but they can fluctuate so probably need retesting. Also, you showed previous signs of being subclinical with a high in range TSH and low FT4.
Hypothyroidism doesn't need to be due to Hashimotos but it is the most common reason.
If you feel unwell, ask your doctor to test TSH, FT4, FT3, TPOAb & TGAb. This will offer comprehensive thyroid function results but unfortunately is unavailable to some, meaning them have to use private labs. Post these results complete with ranges (numbers in brackets) for members to comment.
