Check your Ferritin levels, very important for hair loss and needs to be quite high for hair regrowth. Low levels are common in Hashi's. Can take months to see results following supplementation.

also could be due to undermedication. What are your latest thyroid results, if you can post them we can comment, but please include the reference ranges as well as the results because ranges vary from lab to lab.
