Thanks again for your amazing support. As advised I requested Vitamins & Thyroid tests as well as Coeliac test. The Doctor said Coeliac test not necessary if I don’t have tummy problems. She said these results are all good except the Vitamin D3 and said I need to double my dose. Please let me know your thoughts have a lovely day.

Needs to be around 40ng/ml (or 100nmol in UK units)
How much vitamin D are you currently taking?
Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is good as avoids poor gut function.
It's trial and error what dose each person needs. Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there. Retesting twice yearly via vitamindtest.org.uk
B12 and folate on the low side. Supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.
B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast
Recommended brands on here are Igennus Super B complex. (Often only need one tablet per day, not two). Or Jarrow B-right
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
So you can now try strictly gluten free diet. Majority with Hashimoto's are not coeliac, but gluten intolerant
How long since dose of Levothyroxine was increased?
TSH is slightly high, FT3 and FT4 on low side
Suggests you need further dose increase
According to Izabella Wentz the Thyroid Pharmacist approx 5% with Hashimoto's are coeliac, but over 80% find gluten free diet helps, sometimes significantly. Either due to direct gluten intolerance (no test available) or due to leaky gut and gluten causing molecular mimicry (see Amy Myers link)
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms, help gut heal and slowly lower TPO antibodies
Thank you Slow Dragon. I take the sachets Current dose 1000mg and now doubling it. I will look online for the vitamin D mouth spray and b vitamins , is there a nose spray for B12 ? and really try to go gluten free .The Tirosint dose was increased in November 2018 100mcg every alternative day she hasn’t said she will increase it.
