You would need to post your Lab range for us to know how things are looking but at a guess Your TSH does look rather high and possibly that’s a low in range FT4 but post the lab range to give us a more accurate picture
For full Thyroid evaluation for Hashimoto's you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
TRab antibodies is test for Graves' disease
It is possible to have Hashimoto's and Graves
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if Thyroid antibodies are raised
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Oh my god, you're endo sounds like a bit of an idiot. Did he try reducing your carb dose ever over that period it sounds like you've been over medicated for months. Did they say you have graves disease?
Yes I have Graves
TRab - 4
Normal is below 3
So I was told by another endo
I’ve been with this one since October
He said that if I reduced carb I would have palpitations again
