Normal Vit D results ?

Good evening all, Results back as normal from Vitamin D test. Advice please ?

Also TPO antibodies, I know I have Hashimotos.

That looks pretty good. The Vit D Council recommends a level of 125nmol/L and the Vit D Society recommends a level between 100-150nmol/L. Are you supplementing?

I can't see a result for your TPO antibodies, but if you know you have Hashi's are you trying a gluten free diet and supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily to try and help reduce the antibodies?
