Hi everyone its been a while since i have posted on here but today i went to see my endo and have been discharged. So thought i would get some proper feedback on my blood results as the endo said im normal except my tsh which has been some concern of the endo for a while. I have had a bone scan which i was told today is excellent which is good news.
My blood results are (T4 14.6) (T3 3.6) & my Tsh is completely suppressed. I take 150mg of levo a day and do still feel tired any advice would be much appreciated. Im seriously thinking about going to see Dr Peatfield as i think im going round in circles.
Any thoughts ?
Thanks 😊

Difficult to say anything without the ranges for those results. We always need to see the ranges because they vary from lab to lab. You will find them in brackets, after the results.
Looking at previous posts can see you have B12 injections
Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto's? Ever had TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested?
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if Thyroid antibodies are raised
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. Do not take Levothyroxine dose in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take immediately after blood draw. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Always get printed copies of actual results and ranges on all tests
