I have Hashimotos which I was diagnosed with approx 3 yrs ago. I attach my most recent blood results. As you can see, my folate is low. My previous bloods which I had 12 months ago, also showed low folate and the GP told me that this would correct itself!!! Well, it hasn’t!!! I have an appointment with my GP next week and would appreciate some advice as to what to discuss with him?
I would also be grateful for your thoughts on my most recent bloods - especially whether you think I am converting tsh as I should be?
Many thanks for you help.

If I were you, I would want my B12 higher. So, what I would do is get a B complex containing at least 400 mcg methylfolate (not folic acid) and 1000 mcg methylcobalamin (B12). And, that will bring both up nicely. I wouldn't bother to mention it to the doctor, because doctors know nothing about nutrients and he'd say yours are 'fine' because they're in-range.
Your ferritin and vit d are also too low.
It's not TSH that gets converted, it's T4 converted to T3. Your FT3 is very low, but then you are rather under-medicated. So, get an increase in dose, get your TSH down to below 1, and then see about your FT3 and conversion.
Thank you so much but I am so sorry, I uploaded my old results. My latest results have now been uploaded. Sorry again - brain a bit foggy at the moment!!!!
But, same thing goes. Although, your B12 is even lower, so as well as the B complex, I would take 1000 mcg sublingual methylcobalamin. Your ferritin is also still low. And, although there's not vit d result, if you haven't been supplementing, it will still be low, and needs increasing.
You're also showing a bit of a conversion problem on these labs. But, that could be due to your low nutrients. You should do another test when you've been supplementing these deficiencies for a while, and see if conversion has improved. But, don't start all the supplements at the same time. Leave about two weeks between starting each one.
Thanks For your suggestions. I have been taking vit D along with co factors for about 12 months. My levels have improved but I know they could be higher. I will take your advice re: folate And b complex and see if this improves conversion.
Hello again. Upon taking your advice, I note that igennus b complex have 900mcg of b12 methylcobalamin contained therein. Would you still take a separate b12 of 1000mcg? I'm a bit confused...Don't take a lot.
Well, I would, yes. Considering your B12 level, I don't think 1900 mcg is too much - it's water soluble, anyway, so any excess flushes away. When your level rises, you can stop the sublingual B12 and just take the B complex as a maintenance dose.
