In relation to my previous post I reduced my T4 dose from 125mg to 100mg 2 weeks ago. I am now extremely tired all the time despite sleeping well. I feel how I used to feel before I started taking T3.
So, do I increase my T4 again back to 125mg or is it too soon?
Would it take my body this long to adjust to the reduction, therefore is it likely to get better?

No harm in striving for perfection, but we do have to be logical about it. And, reducing the dose just because the TSH is low, isn't logical. I know the lab said blah blah blah, but they don't care how you feel. And they only have a standard NHS approach to thyroid, which we all know is wrong. It might even be possible that perfection lies in the other direction, and you needed a slight increase in dose to feel better. Ranges are at best arbitary and man-made, and you're not likely to drop dead if you suddenly go slightly over the top. And if that doesn't work, you can always drop the dose again and look elsewhere for perfection.
As for being too soon, it would be too soon to do labs, but frankly, I'd say it can only get worse as your body adjusts to the reduction, not better. Your body is screaming 'no'. Listen to it.
