I had sinus issues for years I had a deviated septum and had to get operation to straighten it out so the pressure would be relieved! Also if u consume a lot of sugar it causes sinus inflammatory disease also I use a Neil med sinus rinse and that helps and a humidifier and I have tmj and clench my teeth and that makes my sinuses hurt so I got an upper and lower night guard and I get Botox in jaw! Good luck I would get X-ray of sinuses and see if u have tmj which cause jaw neck and shoulder pain and sinus issues!

I had major sinus infections continuously until I started thyroid meds. I have read of the connection .

Hello, sorry about that. I think the scan is quite necessary to see how much the infection has spread and the best actions to take against it.

However, i would also recommend you to consider some treatments using herbs quite known to fight against sinus.

I have used one such product made from herbal extracts such as Boswellia and Butterbur and it was far better than any antibiotics and virtually no risk of side effects

Hey Dave. Sorry for the very late reply. I tried a couple of medications and supplements for sinus infections but the safest I came across so far was called Breathe by the brand I told you about. They have another called thrive too for thyroid support. I have not tried this. But I believe it will be effective. I trust this brand. Their products are completely natural and that is a huge plus in my opinion
