Does she eat high iodine food? Use iodized salt?

What would be high iodine foods? She’s very poorly and does eat a lot of yoghurt out of the tubs in bed.

Eggs, most dairy products, shrimp, salt water fish, lima beans, seaweed are some.

Kelp is also a high source; whilst brown seaweed has higher levels than green. So sushi, made with green seaweed, will contain iodine, and more so, vegetable sushi, but in moderation isn't a problem. However multi Vit and other supplements can contain iodine - is your daughter taking any supplements?

No she doesn’t take any supplements, just medication for mood and sleep..could it be adding too why she’s so poorly or is it really not significantly high?

As it relates to your daughter, purely as an aside, I've read that too high a level of iodine can result in the release of excitatory neurotransmitters, and interrupt sleep, but I've not seen that validated elsewhere. Other than that, both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism can arise as a result of supraphysiologic iodine exposure, but if you check out the link below, you will see that the authors of the study consider that "overall iodine levels cannot be reliably measured in individuals given the considerable day-to-day variation in iodine intake. Instead, median urinary iodine concentrations have been widely used as a biomarker of population iodine intake, with levels >300 μg/l considered excessive in children and adults" and your daughter's level sits somewhere in a range, below that.
