Had these test back in November and was told they were normal.
Asked for a copy which I got today and was wondering if someone could offer their considered opinion please? It looks a bit low to me but if it is I don’t know what I should be aiming to do

B12 is fine. If you are in the "older" age group it's recommended to be 1000ng/L for brain and nervous system health and to help prevent disease.
Folate could be a bit better, recommended is at least half way through range, so 11+ with that range. Folate rich foods can help, and a good quality B Complex.
Ferritin needs to be 70 for thyroid hormone to work properly, half way through range is recommended. Eating liver can raise Ferritin, maximum 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content, also liver pate, black pudding and other iron rich foods.
Testing B12 whilst supplementing is of little value as results are skewed. What was your result before supplementing ? Which B Complex ? Best to buy on-line - H&B are cheap for a reason 😊
