Because all of you responded so positively and promptly to my post, I am encouraged to keep on trying to stick with the forum. The replies were especially nice since it was Christmas eve here. Thank you all very much. Perhaps I will get better with time at this computer game. Love to all for the coming year. VTUI

Frankly, I think you are amazing to be able to work out posting on forums in your eighties. I should love to be as capable, if I actually reach that age.

Keep the communication going please, even if you do not think you have much to say. Just hearing from you is heart warming and we all need that. It is a mad world we are living in!

Happy Christmas Day and very best wishes for the year ahead.

I'm glad you changed your mind and wish you a Happy Christmas and all the Best healthwise for 2019. After all age is just a number and the Queen is still going strong at 92 but of course she has the top doctors - some of whom I doubt know much about hypothyroidism.

Hilary Clinton is 72 but she is well because her doctor prescribed NDT. If we were wealthy I doubt we'd be denied a trial of the original thyroid hormone replacement.

Quite right to remind me about your Queen, And I recall when Hilary was getting diagnosed, and prescribed her replacement therapy. her area here in NY, State is only several miles down the Hudson River from me. I debated for a moment trying to see that doctor. Finally, not w/o effort & sweat got an Rx. for Armour. Thank you. VTUI
