Is Testing Antibodies worthwhile when taking Synthyroid?

I asked to have my antibodies tested and my GP agreed, but when the results came back, she told me that my results couldn't be relied upon because I am taking Synthroid and it skews the results. Is this correct?

I have been on Levo / Synthroid 75 mcg since last February and below are my results in December for antibodies.

Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) Ab 13.0 ----- Ref 0 - 34IU/mL

Thyroglobulin Antibody (TG) Ab 2.7 ----- Ref 0 - 0.9IU/mL

No, I really don't think that is true. But, even if it is, so what? Your TPO antibodies are over-range, you have Hashi's.
