Hi, I started taking my Levo at night so that I can get up and get on with my day. I was wondering with the festive season with parties etc. if alcohol affects absorption of Levo??

I have read that alcohol doesn't affect absorption of Levo. However, many hypo patients taking Levo find that their tolerance to alcohol is affected.
The liver is the main site of T4 deiodination, and along with the kidneys is responsible for much of the circulating T3; so anything that impacts the liver such as alcohol, may have a knock on effect.

NHS says alcohol is no problem but my own experience was after a two week sunny holiday having too much wine most days in the summer my T3 has fallen and my TSH was up. I felt lousy, drinking for two or three days in a row really whacks me out. So lime and soda for me this Christmas.

Interesting data. Thanks for posting.
I’m not taking levo now that I’ve finished my block and replace treatment but when I was I’d have said it was more likely the other way round - levo affected my absorption of alcohol. Not that I was ever a big drinker.
