5 autoimmune diseases and cancer

fibromyalgia, pernicious anemia, Graves disease, psoriasis, endometriosis at an earlier time. This year I was diagnosed with mucinous adenocarcinoma of the vulva ( very rare). Have had 2 surgeries including modified radical vulvectomy,had my chemotherapy and 36 radiation treatments. I am wondering if there is a connection between Auto immune disease and cancer?

There is a connection between thyroid and autoimmune conditions and there is also a connection between thyroid and cancer.

The thyroid condition could be unmedicated or inadequately medicated hypothyroidism or it could be undiagnosed/untreated thyroid hormone resistance.
