Having just got private prescription from endo for Thybon... has anybody found difficulties in setting up account and receiving pills from Germany.

No never a problem. You must simply send the original prescription to the pharmacy on their address and call or message them with your exact address etc. and they will deliver medication to you. Good luck!

Is this Thybon Henning Levothyroxine or Liothyronine?

Did you get full Thyroid and vitamin testing done by endocrinologist

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies and also very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Low vitamin levels are extremely common, either because under medicated, or simply over time Levothyroxine seems to work less well. B12 often drops as we age too

Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after any change in dose, or change in brand of Levothyroxine or Liothyronine

All thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. Do not take Levothyroxine dose in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take immediately after blood draw. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)

If also going to start taking T3, make sure to take last dose exactly 12 hours prior to test

Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or vitamins

I think the Thybon branding is only used for liothyronine.

With the company's levothyroxine being branded as L-Thyroxin Henning.
