Recommended Selenium brand

Could I please ask advice of a good Selenium supplement.

I have recently taken Pharma Nord, looking at ordering other brands. There are many cheaper options out there, I am looking for quantity & quality, any suggestions?

I like Cytoplan, a nice small tablet with no odour.

It's a yeast bound selenium (which they say is suitable for people with Candida and yeast sensitivities) and, like l-selenomethionine, has the best absorption rate compared to selenite or selenate forms.

Hello has anyone found their selenium is helpful with symptoms and if these take time to start to work ? I've recently ordered selenium just waiting on delivery I'm hoping they help ? Thank you and sorry to geg in on the conversation just needed to ask xx

Yes I find them very beneficial, I went without for two weeks & noticed the difference
