Tree nut intolerance

Sorry if it already was posted but I don’t think it did. Just a nutty tale from me.

Just a few times a year I would have tree nuts, brazils almonds walnuts etc. And I always had a very sore mouth and usually some ulcers. Didn’t think much of it as it was only rarely I had them.

Trying to up my diet with more nuts included it became a common feature, my sore mouth that is. Anyway put 2 and 2 together and realized I had changed over to almond milk from dairy milk.

As soon as I dropped the almond milk I also lost a upset tummy which plagued me every day. Just posted in case it could help anyone else check themselves.

To add I then read up on tree nut intolerance p, and of course, it’s known about.

One more symptoms ticked 🙂🙂
