Hi Pictur, do you have the reference range for your results - they vary lab to lab.
The chances are though, that you may be right - a lot of us on this site have been told we’re hypochondriacs and that we’re imagining our symptoms, only to find out later that we needed treatment / were undertreated for us /or needed T3 not just Levothyroxine.
If you post the ranges someone will comment on your results. x

Are you on Levothyroxine and hypothyroid or trying to get diagnosed?
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies and also very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
You need antibodies and vitamins testing
My doctor arranged for me to speak to someone over the phone as she thought I was depressed. I thought I was too. Everything filled me with a sense of dread to a point where I thought I was having a nervous breakdown. I was also putting on a pound in weight a week! But then a different doctor gave me levothyroxine and my mood and my health in general really improved. I started to enjoy life and my weight returned to normal.
Hi Pictur, what symptoms are you experiencing ?
As others have said, we can’t comment on the test results without knowing the ranges.
Just a little aside to show you how important it is to have the ranges. They do differ from lab to lab which is why we need to know them to give an informed comment and without them we would be just guessing.
I don't have my bloods done locally where I understand the top of the FT3 range is 6.8. This is common around the country but I travel to a nearby town and the top of the FT3 range is 5.7 so a huge difference and if I was to give you my results only, most of you would be saying I was under medicated so it can't be left to guessing games!
The ranges should be in brackets after your result.
If the surgery hasn't given you a copy of the results then ask for one, in the U.K. you are entitled to that abscits best to get the actual copy then you know it's correct-word of mouth can be mistaken.
If you doctor has no idea of the range though if that is the case he can't interpret any results (!!!) then ringing the Pathology Lab in the hospital where your bloods are test and asking them for the ranges will solve the problem but they can't comment on them so don't try to get any other info from them.
