Blood sugar levels

I’m on a Keto Diet but every morning I take my underactive thirode table I come out of keto because my glucose rises what can I do to stop this happening what will happen if I stop taking Levothyroxine.

It’s to be expected. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take the levothyroxine though. Thyroid hormones help you metabolise what you’re eating so there’ll be a rise in blood sugar.
