Because your TSH is 2, you will not be diagnosed as being hypothyroid.
TSH alone isn't always the best and I think your GP wont do extra tests as your TSH is 'normal'.
However, if you have thyroid antibodies present in your blood, you should be prescribed.
Did you have your blood test at the earliest possible and fasting (you can drink water) and if you were taking thyroid hormones you'd also allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose and test and take afterwards.
If you wish to have a Full Thyroid Function test which is:
TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies you can get these privately and I'll give you a link:
Medicheck, or Blue Horizon, or Thriva will do these for you.
Your GP should test B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate as deficiences also cause symptoms.

You have posted 2 completely different sets of results
healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
You also have 3 threads going, all posted in the last half an hour.
It would be very helpful if you would collate all your information, say which blood tests you want interpreting and keep the information in one thread so that members can give a meaningful answer
