Include liver in your diet.
Hi I'm so pleased with Garden of Life's Vitamin Code Raw Iron (22 mg gentle iron derived from fruits and veggies only. I went from a ferritin count in the 20's to the 80's in a few months. However, I do have hemochromatosis which causes me to store iron. It's a wonderful product because it supplements other essentials that aid in absorption of iron, ie. B12, vitamin c,folate and it's right in the blend.
