I have started eating more iron rich foods but I'm thinking of what kind of supplement to buy

Hi I'm so pleased with Garden of Life's Vitamin Code Raw Iron (22 mg gentle iron derived from fruits and veggies only. I went from a ferritin count in the 20's to the 80's in a few months. However, I do have hemochromatosis which causes me to store iron. It's a wonderful product because it supplements other essentials that aid in absorption of iron, ie.
