Hi, if you don't take your carbi and you need it then you will slowly become overactive again. If you don't need it then you will be fine but how long you would be in remission I don't know. Why don't you go to your doctor or endo and ask if you can stop it. Why do you want to stop taking it? Fizzy juice would be fine I would think. Jo xx
