It should be OK shouldn't it. If you can then wait another hour before food or maybe on this occassion at least 30 minutes.

That will be fine. Take Levothyroxine after blood draw. Leaving roughly 24 hours is perfect
If on vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, stop these 2-5 days before as biotin can falsely affect test results

If testing iron levels stop iron supplements a week before
Thanks for advice ,it has been a really bad couple of months for me. I am on my 6th week of med reduction, still don’t feel any better, head still spinning. Had my gallbladder removed two weeks ago. Been suffering for two years with gallstones, the pain and symptoms got so bad I could not bear it .My husband said enough is enough and spoke nicely to bank manager,so I had to go private. I have another private app with ENT this time ,with severe neck pain that is getting worse .I had already had NHS ultrasound scan which results said probably had thyroid inflammation ,but no abnormalities showing in neck area. When I went for follow up app she said she would not have to see me again, and did not think the endocronist would see me as bloods were normal. That was July. Start of September bloods changed, so hence 25mg reduction. I am a bit worried about neck pain,it’s sore to move my head back , and I can feel lumps or lymph nodes on the front of my neck ,the pain is unbearable, no pain meds seem to help. Sorry for long story. My hands are shaking as I am typing ,I am on Diazapam . Doctor said I would get addicted, I said no way I ever would, but need something to get me through this.
See from profile you have Crohn's plus acid reflux
So you are very likely to have very low vitamin levels unless supplementing at high levels
Absolutely essential to test vitamin D, folate, Ferritin and B12 . Magnesium too ideally
Low vitamins stop thyroid hormones working well, so bloods can suggest hyperthyroid, but actually remaining hypothyroid
Are you on strictly gluten free diet? This often helps with acid reflux

I have been gluten free for past three years, getting most of these vits and minerals tested along with thyroid function bloods. Hope not no get anymore acid reflux after just having gallbladder removed.
Acid reflux is usually low stomach acid when hypothyroid (often misdiagnosed as high acid)
