Hi all here are my results. The b12 has increased from 330 to 710 in the past year but as Highland 49 said maybe there's an absorption problem . I just need to be advised on exactly what I need to take . I hope I can put the rests on I am a mere novice at this . Thankyou for all advice up to now .

Impossible to read even on my main PC large screen monitor. I think you'll need to type them into your post if you want members to comment.
