Anyone tried the Nutri products like T convert to help with the conversion of levothyroxine as my T3 is only 3.4
Low T3: Anyone tried the Nutri products like T... - Thyroid UK
Low T3
You presumably have TSH and FT4 results as well can you add these, plus ranges for all of them
You may simply not be on enough Levothyroxine
FT4 should be near top of range. TSH often under one, or lower
Do you have Hashimoto's? Autoimmune thyroid disease diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies?
Have you had vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin tested recently. Helpful to add these results and ranges if you have them
Plus what supplements do you take
T4 21.0 T3 3.5 Tsh 2.38 . I take a B complex vitamins and zinc and selenium ,
I find when I take vit D I can’t sleep for some strange reason and have too much energy bit hyper but will definitely try it again
We need the ranges on these results please
T3 range is 3.1-6.8 ,T4 range is 10.6-23.2 ,and tsh is 0.3-4.2
So your FT4 is high, but FT3 very low
TSH possibly too high
Email Thyroid UK for list of recommended thyroid specialists, some are T3 friendly

What was vitamin D level ?
Have you had ferritin tested too?
Have you actually had B12 and folate tested?
Do you have Hashimoto's? If not had TPO and TG antibodies tested these need doing
Are you on strictly gluten free diet?
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies and also very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. When on Levothyroxine, take last dose 24 hours prior to test, and take next dose straight after test. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
T convert is just a very expensive way of buying supplements. It doesn't contain anything 'magical'. Quite the opposite, because the odds are you don't need copper. And too much copper is not good. I would suggest you get your vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin tested, and just take what you need. These multi-type supplements are rarely a good idea.
