Just wanted to flag up that having been diagnosed with Breast Cancer I am taking CBD oil. Just googled and found out that it works for Hashimotos and other Thyroid disorders - the oil I am taking is expensive £219 for 10g CannibiGold - got it from one of the chemists recommended by Thyroid UK - but if it helps both fantastic. Also Ferritin supplements have stopped the hair loss for me. I gave up gluten about 6 yrs ago and this keeps joint pains at bay. Just thought I'd share as most of what I have done has been trial and error. Also levothyroxine doesnt work for me so i get Nature Throid from US but I am exploring whether I can use CBD oil and lessen the thyroid meds - not sure if that will happen but fingers crossed I might have stumbled upon something positive at last!

Do research on CBD Oil - I am sure it will help you on both conditions
I have and will be getting some soon just have to save some money we are in Australia so things are dearer
