Please take notice of this warning and don't post information which could identify you.

Of course, it is perfectly OK to post email addresses and phone numbers of organisations which are intended for public access.

The administrators will redact/remove any such details we notice, or are brought to our attention. However, it has to be your own responsibility as we cannot be sure of seeing all instances, and sometimes the information will already have been sent out in digest emails, or whatever else.

Also, note that things like images of test results often contain doctor's name, surgery name, patient number, even full patient name and address. Please be careful and check before posting.
