Do you have any sort of diagnosis? We can't know if you have Hashi's or Grave's because there aren't any antibody tests.

But, you can't be hyper, because your Frees are both very low. Your FT4 is under-range and your FT3 is low in range. If you were hyper, they would be over the top of the range. But your TSH is also very, very low. So, if you're not on any thyroid hormone replacement, I would think you have secondary hypo.

OK, just looked at your past posts - wish I'd done that before replying! It would help if you gave a bit of background.

On your last post, everyone was asking if you'd had your Grave's antibodies tested - TRAB or TSI. But, you didn't reply. If this is the only test you've had since diagnosis, there's no antibodies on it, so it looks like your doctors are avoiding having their 'diagnosis' over-turned! Seems to happen more and more frequently.

However, there was mention of positive TPO antibodies in your first post, which are Hashi's. You could have both, of course, or you doctors just don't know the difference between Hashi's and Grave's - which also seems to be happening more and more often - and they are treating you for the wrong disease!

You have absolutely got to insist that they test your TRAB or TSI. That is the only way to know if you have Grave's. At the moment you are hypo. Do you know what your FT4 and FT3 were at the time you were 'diagnosed'? It's so difficult to say anything with certainty with so little information. But, one thing is certain, your doctor should not have diagnosed you with Grave's and given you carbi without having tested the TRAB or TSI.

Thank you

My brain is frazzled, I will get copies of all my bloods I've had done. At my wit's end, feeling exhausted and emotional not getting the right treatment. I will pm you on Monday when I get my copies. Thank you for taking time to reply I will also request the test you have said.

You mean the test that should have been done before any diagnosis was made? I think it needs to be a very, very strong request.

However, the reason you are feeling so bad at the moment is that your FT3 is low and you are hypo. Being hypo does make you like that. :(
