So my b12 levels are high again. Anything I should read into that. I don't supplement and I eat a vegan diet so usually you are meant to be deficient.

there are lots of foods and lots of drinks - particularly energy drinks that are fortified with B12 - some have several times RDA so possible that you may not be aware that you are taking in B12 from other sources.
Being vegan means your diet doesn't contain any natural B12 so if you aren't getting any from food that is fortified then that means that you will gradually use up stores of B12 in the liver. The body doesn't use much B12 so this can take years or even decades.
Normal range is an average which means that some people will sit outside (either above or below) without it being a problem. Your body stores quite substsantial amounts of B12 in your liver and uses that to regulate levels where they are right for you.
If you definitely don't have any intake from energy drinks or fortified foods and you know that your B12 levels have been significantly lower in the past then you should see your GP and ask them to check liver and kidney function. Raised B12 levels can be an early warning sign of liver and kidney function.
Did you get any answers? My B12 and ferritin is high too and I’m feeling worried.
