Can I drink Moet champayne whilst on 20mg carbimazole?

Hello all, Ive been diagnose with subclinical hyperthyroid and put on 20mg carbimazole almost 4 wks now. Most of my symptoms seemed to have eased up. Except for my palpitations which are not as high but still resting is bouncing around in the 80's to 90's and when I move around going to the highest 118. My anniversay is in 2 weeks and I was curious as to if i can have a couple of glasses of champayne. I really appreciate the feedback

I have, and I didn't notice any ill-effect ! There is nothing on this in the Patient Information Leaflet. Some people have reported reduced tolerance, so you might want to watch out for that, but otherwise, enjoy - and Happy Anniversary !
