Hello, I would appreciate some advice. I have gone away for the weekend and have forgotten my NDT. I usually take Nature Throid and have done so for the last 5 years. I do have access to some Levothyroxine. Would it better to use this as a substitute for the next two days whilst I am away, or not take any meds? Many thanks.
