You should be OK although a little tired. If you have to drive take lots of breaks. Maybe take a double dose of levo when you get home to catch up.
When on levo I tried every version of taking the rotten things as I could before I turned to NDT. I found that I always felt a lot better when I stopped taking them but was very aware that I would feel a darned site worse if I delayed starting again for more than a few days.
So don't worry yourself, enjoy your break. You could probably get a few pills from any pharmacy in an emergency.
The levothyroxine has a half life of a week, so missing two or three doses will not have a significant impact. The pharmacy handout says if you miss a dose carry on. Doubling up is not recommended.
Enjoy your holiday.

You are allowed to go to a pharmacy and ask if they will give you a tablet or two to keep you going. It is their decision whether or not to be helpful - it is perfectly legal.
Ideally, you would be able to provide some evidence that you need levothyroxine! E.g. an old prescription stub or an empty packet. Worth trying anyway.
Thanks guys I had a wonderful weekend am heading home now with no effects of missing two doses
