Printing private blood results

Bit random, I had tests with Thriva but cannot work out how to print the results, my GP has agreed to refer me to endo and would like a copy of the results. Thanks

Did you have the results by email? If so, there is normally a drop-down menu on which it mentions 'print'. Just click on it and follow the instructions.

Emailed Thriva and this is how it’s done

Thanks for getting in touch. You can print your results from your Thriva Dashboard - to do this, click on "view full results" from your dashboard, and then click "view printable version" in the top right-hand corner of the page. If you then click file and print, and then select the document destination as "download as PDF" instead of your printer, you will then be able download your results and send it as an email attachment if you wish. Please let me know if you need anything else.
